Approximately 2 or so years after this unit was installed, the Blower Motor went out on the product. I called the Dealer and complained, as this was not something that I would expect from a "quality" product. Now, the Auxiliary Heat continues to run, increasing my power bill, and come to find out, I have a bad Sequencer. I cannot purchase and have a sequencer installed at this time, due to the holidays. I can barely afford the power bill. After further investigation, the Sequencer is running at 34 ohms, according to the meter. I have already complained to this dealer once but this business practice of cheating people is absolutely unethical to the point where I am not sure whether to report Lennox or Absolute Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning to the BBB (who I found on Angie's List).
