 + -1 moreThey sent out new HVAC maintenance tech who was new. He seemed to do a decent job but needed some coaching on what had been done before (changing all the filters). My unit is functioning well, even in the very hot conditions we have experienced.
Description of Work: I have been with GS Mechanical for 3 years now and have their preventative maintenance program. The cost shown reflects that annual expense.
