I requested a quote from Carolina Premier Window Films and within a day or two Michelle was at the house and on time. I was given some examples of different films and had many questions answered. The next day I had a professional quote emailed to me with a detail description of what they do and do not do. I talked to 2 other companies who would not come out but want me to count the windows and give them the size for a quote, they do not come to the house for a quote, Michelle was a little higher but with the quote containing all the information and what they will due, the warranty by the Carolina Premier Window Films and the warranty by the film company and the responsiveness back and forth with Michelle, it was a no brainier they were a reliable company. I sign an eSignature in the email and then got a call to schedule a day to do the work. On the day for the work to be performed I got a call from Mike the installer that he will be there as scheduled and is on his way. Mike came in looked at all the windows and explained what needs to be done. As he was installing I asked a tone of question about the film, how to clean it and some warranty questions. Mike answered all my questions. Mike was very knowledgeable of the window tinting business, he knew how to start, where to setup and how to get the job done. Mike was so informative, knowledgeable, professional and respectful that between Mike and Michelle I could not be happier with my investment and comfort knowing that I got a good job and a good price.

Very professional, pleasant, prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. Film was placed on more than half our windows. We are very pleased with the work and have already noticed a decrease in room temperature during the sunny part of the day. I highly recommend them.

We had a little scheduling mix up initially due their conversion to an automated system. They quickly apologized, rescheduled, and more than made up for my inconvenience. They demonstrated to me that they are a reputable company that cares about their customers. The installer, Jeremy, arrived right on time and was very friendly and professional. He was experienced and did an outstanding job. We are happy with the results and would hire them again.

Absolutely wonderful!  We are so pleased with the job done by Carolina Premier Window films.  Their staff is friendly and professional.  Michelle accommodated our schedules when coming to our home for the estimate.  She was informative and pleasant to deal with!  Installer was efficient and neat - no mess to clean up afterwards!   We are so happy with the install!  We would definitely use this contractor in the future!

Guys were good and worked together very well preparing the windows for the film. explained there may be some bubble left to dry out but so far i have not found any.

The girl who came for pricing was professional and worked with me on selections. The gentleman who installed the film was very professional and nice to my husband as well.

Well, overall the installation went ok. I have found some bubbles in the film they applied but, I was told as the temperatures rise the bubbles should disappear. In addition to the protective window film, two "door devils" were installed the one at the front door is great! The one installed on the door leading to the garage left a gap along the edge of the weather striping that you can see daylight through!

Installer arrived shortly before appointed time. He did a great job installing window film. Cleaned as he worked and left area in better condition than he started.

The process went smothly. Michelle Clark came for the initial appointment to discuss products and measure windows. Decided on a product and sat down to discuss quote and set up install appointment. Person from company installed to window films and explained how to care for product . I am extremely happy!

Excellent: prompt response for quote; Michelle was very knowledgeable about product and personable. Install date was quickly arranged and installer was prompt, efficient and ensured everything was properly installed and cleaned up. 

I called to make an appointment for an estimate. Michelle was extremely professional and scheduled an appointment for us the same week. She was extremely informed about her product and did not try to push or oversell the product, which we appreciated. She listened to our concerns and recommended the correct product, not the most expensive product. The installation happened the following week. The installer was extremely prompt, professional, friendly and very efficient. He worked very clean and also knew the product well. He was very careful with walls and ceiling. From estimate appointment to installation it could not have gone any better. We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend them.
