Terry was very genuine in his evaluation and showed concerned for the client. This was my first experience and he was excellent in his presentation to make sure that I understood the process. I walked with him as he explained each phase. His report was delivered as he promised and he gave me the opportunity to touch base with him after I read the report. He was very thorough and gave the pros and cons. He is very knowledgeable I liked his persona.

I hired Branch Hollow for my home purchase inspection and he exceeded my high expectations! Terry has an extensive background beyond his home inspection certification, and is fully licensed and insured. He patiently explained the inspection process to me over the phone and gave me helpful tips before I even hired him. When I met him onsite during the inspection, I received a thorough education on my potential home purchase. Buying a home is a stressful situation, as there are so many unknowns, but Terry put me at ease and helped me to have confidence in my decision, because I am now armed with facts about the property's condition. Terry was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He was great at comunnicating leading up to our appointment and got us the report the following morning. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all areas of the inspection and gave us a tremendous amount of advice throughout. He even gave us some great interior designs ideas. The inspection lasted over 2 hours for a new build, whereas other inspectors probably would have blown through it in under an hour. I would highly recommend Branch Hollow Inspections.

Terry was very responsive to the builders team, realtor and myself. The scheduling was smooth and he was early to the appointment. Terry goes into great detail about all aspects of the property. His background in architecture set him apart from most inspectors. I had a Pest inspector on site at the same time and he interacted with her as well. I promptly received my report the next day in PDF as well as via a URL to share. I would highly recommend Terry.
