The owner of this company fell in love with our maple tree. The last time he was here, he thought some specific fertilization would be a big benefit to this tree. So he recommended a different company to take care of it, this really impressed me. They come over about every other year, trim and treat our trees, and when they are done, everything looks great. They care about the long term health and appearance of our trees, and don't come out just to make a quick buck. This is much different from another company I have had experience with. We are very happy with them, we just automatically give them a call.

The guys arrived at 7:15 am and had the tree gone by 5:30 pm. It was a *big* tree. While taking it down, they damaged a sprinkler head in the lawn and had a guy come out and repair it same day. The stump was ground 2 business days later. I got 3 estimates before going with Arborists Plus. One estimate was $3,500. One was $2,800. Arborists Plus was $1,550. Sort of a no-brainer. I have used them for other tree work and will call them again.

They were doing the same for a neighbor. I called and the job foreman came over and and gave me a price. Price was same as I received from another company, so I rated the price as "C", average. They did the work same day, as soon as they finished at the neighbor's. They had a crew of 4. The have a long lift-bucket atop their truck to go high into the canopy. Ground crew collected cuttings and shredded them curb-side with one of those giant shredders. At the end they raked up and used blowers to get the small bits. Took about 3 hours start to finish. End result looked great.
