Michael was able to quickly diagnose the issue and identify the faulty control board. He defrosted the freezer area and got us up and running temporarily while they ordered the part. When the part came in a few days he was able to quickly install. Great experience. We initially called another company that had no idea how to troubleshoot let alone fix it.

Mike expertly diagnosed the problem and came up with a great solution. This is the second time he was spot on, following up on his previous work on the same cook top, different issue. Once again he saved me from having to spend a few thousand $ on a new cook top. Very prompt and courteous.

I called Appliance Guyz on Friday because my dishwasher was not draining. They scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday with a 5 hour window. Mike arrived halfway through the window. He identified the problem in a very short time and fixed it. A piece of plastic was blocking the input to the garbage disposal preventing the dishwasher pump from working. Mike was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

When our dishes stopped coming out clean and the detergent packs weren't dissolving, I got online to do some troubleshooting.  I found that the dishwasher had a recall on the control module (a safety issue, but not the cause of the cleaning problem).  The manufacturer gave us the name of Appliance Guyz as one of three authorized appliance repair companies.  Appliance Guyz was able to schedule the earliest appointment (~ 1 week out).  I was worried this morning because their phone call indicated that they hadn't asked me for the repair authorization #, so they might not have the part in stock.  Thankfully, they did have the part on hand.  The repairman, Mike, was prompt, professional, friendly, and informative.  He replaced and reset the control module and tested the dishwasher.  He reconnected one of the spray arms and explained the main source of the original problem (too much detergent).  He could easily have found another part to replace or a bigger repair, or explained the problem with the detergent in a way that made me feel foolish, but he didn't.  He did a great job and we would happily use Appliance Guyz in the future.  Thank you.

The first appointment was scheduled for 1 week after my phone call with a 5 hour window for the service tech to arrive.  The tech figured out what was wrong and had to get the parts which would take 1 - 2 days.  He advised us to schedule the next appointment ASAP because they were very busy. I called that day and scheduled the work for a week later, this time a 3 hour service window. That morning at the end of the window I called for an update, because no one had arrived yet. I was told the appointment would need to be rescheduled because when they called to let us know they were on there way the phone rang busy. They require voice recognition that someone is home, so they cancelled the appointment. I expressed my frustration that they did not try to call back 5 minutes later. It is unrealistic that you keep your phone line clear for the 3 - 5 hour window.  The next appointment was scheduled 4 days later, this time with a 4 hour window.  I called at the beginning of the window to let them know I was here. The tech fixed the dishwasher and it works fine now.

Fantastic experience. Mike was able to diagnose and repair a complex wiring/connection problem that another authorized repair company could not figure out. He was thorough, methodical and very good at what he does. He took the time to track down the problem, saving me a great deal of money. Use these "Guyz"!

They were able to make the repairs with other parts and order one piece they located. They were great.

My extended warranty company found them. Authorized them to work on my appliance. I have dealt with them for over 6 weeks. Nothing has been done. They can't seem to get the parts in. They just keep dragging things out with me. I would not recommend them.

Their service dispatch process works well, but they give you the classic 3-4 hour window. As promised, the tech called 15 minutes before arriving and was within the window. He was professional and really understood the problem. He offered a few repair options and the replacement we chose was installed on a return visit 4 days later. Good overall experience. Fair price.

Had to order parts, but returned as quickly as possible upon receipt of parts.
Some white enamel finish on washing machine and refrigerator door hinge were chipped,
and dryer still and quot;whinesand quot; occasionally when started.
Everyone very personable.
Also give credit for coming at the end of the day (5 minutes left in 4-hour window) - did not try to
reschedule for another day.

The price is reasonable. They are one of the only companies that I have found that will work on this refrigerator and they have been able to solve any problems that have come up. They always do a really good job. The owner makes it a point to take care of his customers, he and his employees like the work, and they have high integrity. I was very pleased and I would use them again.

They discovered the refrigerator needed a new inverter and the old one had burned out. He ordered a new one and came today to fix it. We are happy to say that we found a good trustworthy company that will not try to rip you off by over charging you or telling you that something is wrong with your appliance when in fact there is not. These guys know what their doing-very knowledgable about all kinds of appliances and I found them to be very professional in the way that they deal with their customers. Their price is very reasonable in comparision to Sears whom we thought was very expensive. We are always looking for trustworthy, reasonably priced, professional, and knowledgable about what they do contractors and will be calling them in the future for problems with all of our appliances.

Appliance Guyz were called in a repair through our home warranty company... given that, I was very pleasantly surprised by their service. The technician came out and determined that a board was bad. The replacement part was ordered. While the wrong part came back, they were able to follow up and get the oven repaired properly on the next visit. Currently the oven is not working properly again, but given their professionalism and warranty, I assume we won't have any issues getting corrected.

It was obvious that they were new to working on Bluestar ranges. Some screws were taken out didn't get put back in (granted there was a zillion screws becuase they had to take the oven almost completely apart).
I was tremendously grateful they worked through the problem and got it fixed.

They were very responsive and informed me of previous repairs that had been done incorrectly on the dryer. The dryer has been working great since.
