Jerry and the team at American flooring did a remodel for my kids bathroom. New floors, shower, and vanity. They were extremely professional, affordable, and so efficient. I’m so pleased with the outcome. I will certainly use them again for my next project.

American Flooring and Renovations did a wonderful job in my home. I was offered a wide selection of luxury vinyl plank to choose from in the showroom. All my questions were answered with patience. I was impressed with the professionalism and prompt response. Installation was completed quickly. The overall experience was so outstanding that afterwards I had a walk in shower installed. I trust American Flooring and highly recommend for others looking to upgrade their home.

They done **** work they put my floor down and within a year it is coming up. I had them to tile my shower and I have water leaking thru the cracks and under the floor. I can not get him to come back out and even look at it I would not recommend this guy to work on nothing in your house. Big disappointment and bad business

Beware of this company and owner. He came into our home and was quite the smooth talker claiming he is a veteran who likes to help other veterans. We made the mistake of thinking his pleasant demeanor was an indication of his work ethic. He claims he undercuts Lowes pricing and does many installations for Lowes in Rock Hill, SC. Yes, the flooring department employees there knew him well. We hired Jerrys company to install LVT (luxury vinyl tile) in our kitchen, hallway, half bath and laundry room. Before I go into further details it seems he will blame the shoddy work on his crew. Let me explain to you we have been trying to get a call back from Jerry, the owner; for over a month now. He refuses to respond. He also never came back to inspect the finished product as he claimed he would. He is a smooth talker who will tell you he fixes everyone elses crappy work when it seems reality is other people need to fix his crappy work. Our LVT has been installed less than a year and we have 50 pieces (at minimum) that need to be replaced. The flooring was obviously not installed correctly because there are now gaps between many of the tiles. Large gaps... Within a month or two after the installation we had to have someone from his crew come back out and it literally glue down part of the floor. I am sure he will try to reply to this saying it was the working crew who made this mistake but the bottom line is he is the one who hires these people to do the installations and claimed they were his best. Ultimately, the owner, Jerry Toney, is responsible for this awful experience and refuses to take accountability or even return phone calls or messages. Please spend your money somewhere else where your business is valued and if you are a veteran use someone else because he will not do you any favors as he claims when he meets you. Yes his pricing was decent but his follow through and guaranteeing his work is worth negative five stars. I cannot express how disappointed we are in Jerry and his so-called company. We intend to share our experience as many places as possible in the near future. If he wont make it right we know someone who will. And that person stands by his word and takes great pride in his work and guarantees his work. I highly suggest you do not even consider getting a quote from this company for flooring. I also doubt the validity of the five star reviews he has on here (even if Home Advisor claims they are verified).

All work was completed, there is a lack of organization with the employee who did my job.

Jerry provided EXCELLENT customer service. He was available and responsive when there were any questions. His granite and carpet installers were experienced and did a great job.

I am very please with the laminate installation to my bathroom floor. Jerry and his helper are very polite. They arrived on time for the job and cleaned up when they finished. I will definitely recommend them to others. I have more flooring projects to be done at my home and will be calling them to do the job.

Paid in excess of 75% based on proposal from contractor, tile and plumbing work isn't complete which was 50% of the total amount of work, the glass for the shower door hasn't arrived as of today

I had a really good experience with this company! They showed up everyday when the said they would, did an amazing job on my carpet and tile work! Very honest and dependable company. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Great job guys
