We are not quite ready to use their service yet. We met with the women there and she was fine. I am planning to use them.

The agent that I dealt with he never found any properties for me; instead I was the one who found it.  When it came time I ended up purchasing a foreclosure.  The realtor did not tell me that we had to treat the termites in the property before we could close.  The vendor called me a few days before closing asking for documentation on the termite treatment.  My realtor was on vacation, so he wasn't there to help out.  I was completely dissatisfied with everything that he did.  I didn’t spend anything as I was the buyer.

I contact Dana Cannon co-worker and asked for assistance in finding a home and was referred to her. She was so nice, friendly and genuine. She began working with me, even though I was still in the process of being pre-approved for a loan. Many other agents would not. She was kind and spent lots of hours with me and my husband looking for just the right home for our family. Shortly after working with her I was pre-approved and she worked just as hard to find us a place. Dana sent us MLSs on the weekends, in the evening after dinner and early in the morning. She was very sensitive to our time constraint and asked if it were ok that our MLS traffic was high. To be honest, I loved it. I and up early and go to bed late anyway, so it worked just right for me and my husband. She is such a wonderful person, that my little girl calls says she is her friend and rushes to give her huggs anytime she sees her. Dana is a credit to Allen Tate, her family and to our whole house hunting process.
