The initial installation went well.  However a few months later I started experiencing issues so I emailed them in order to come and diagnose my problem.  My issues should have been covered under warranty.  First contact was made on April 4th, 2015.  I did receive an email back later that day inquiring about the issues I was having.  Then it was several months without any contact.  I sent follow-up emails on 6/12/2015 and 6/18/2015 and conversed briefly with James Blohm.  Per the email on 6/18/2015 James said he'd come out and fix the surround sound any time the next week.  I didn't hear from him all week.  On 6/24 I emailed James and asked for a status on when he'd come and fix my issue. No response.  Then I emailed again on 7/10/2015.  No response.  Another email was sent on 7/21/2015 and again no response.  I have had no further contact with either Windy or James and my surround sound has stopped working completely.  I paid $1000 for a receiver and installation and within 6 months it went bad and now I can't get them to respond.
