Locksmith Service
I did not like anything about their service. I called and they said a tech would call me in 5-10 min, 20 min later I had not received a call and I called back and they told me they had not called the tech yet. The tech finally calls and says he is 35 min away, it took him an hour to get here. He would not give me a quote over the phone, and when he arrived said it would be $136.00. Took him over an hour to get the door open, he had to call his boss, then pulled out a tool that he had never used before, he finally got in with a pick and a wrench. Now the lock does not work properly, I told him and he told me to use WD 40 on it, and now I have to get the lock replaced.
