Wonderful! Wendy and her team did a great job cleaning our house. Highly recommend.

I hired A&W Cleaning Services to do a one-time regular cleaning of my house. I initially was scheduled for Monday, Dec. 13th. at 8:00 am. I scheduled for 8:00 am so I could let them in and talk to them before heading to work. I got a text at 7:57 am on Monday morning telling me that they had overslept and requested that I reschedule for 10:00 am. I explained I couldn't do that because I needed to go to work. I eventually rescheduled for Wednesday the 15th at 8:00 am. I received a text Wednesday morning informing me that they would be late. They arrived around 8:15 am and I quickly explained and showed them that there was a room I wanted to be left alone and that there was a portion of a bathroom sink (the right side) I wanted to be left alone as well (it was my late wife's things and I didn't want them disturbed). They said that they understood. I asked if there were any questions or anything else they needed from me. They said that there wasn't. I left them and went to work. I was concerned when I left about the bathroom counter and so I sent a text saying again that it was important to me that it remains undisturbed. I received a text at 10:41 am saying that they were done and asking if I had meant the left side of the bathroom counter. They sent me a picture and said that they hadn't done anything to the left side. I started panicking. I asked again if they had done something to the right side. They told me that they had left the right side alone. I asked to see it. It had very clearly been moved around and there was something thrown away. So, they lied to me. I said that they had done something to it to which they responded that I said that I wanted the left side left alone. When I said that I most certainly did not they responded that I should have been more clear. I took them to the bathroom and showed them what side I wanted to be left alone. I do not know how I could have been more clear without making them repeat it back to me.

So far, so good. She’s only cleaned one time. To early to judge. Most cleaning services get comfortable and quit doing the job they started out doing. I’m hopeful this one will continue the job they started with. Ask again, for future reviews.

Wendy is great at communicating (very quick to respond via text) and right on time, every time! Highly recommend using her and her team, the house smelled and looked amazing when we got home. Also, she asked if it was OK to bring a treat for our dog and left the whole bag. Very sweet!

She's excellent, she's totally perfect, I've been using her for a year now and I don't have any complaints with her.
