MARK KELLY VINYL SIDING INC

I'm having gutter problems. When asked, my homebuilder said Mr. Kelly had installed the gutters and vinyl siding so I called him in mid-May of 2012; he came by on May 16, 2012 to take a look. He wasn't the contractor used but was willing to make necessary repairs. Since I was getting ready to leave town for a week, we agreed that I would call him as soon as I returned to set up a date and time. I called on May 28th and several time thereafter leaving voicemail messages. In May 2013 I called him again, he returned the call and said that there had been illness in the family and that he would get back to me as soon as he could. I called him again in July and have heard nothing since. In mid-July, I called another firm to come and give me an estimate. They will be here the week of July 21. I liked Mr. Kelly very much and really wanted to use a local contractor. I'm sorry it didn't work out.

Mark Kelly Vinyl Inc was very professional in their work. He arrived on time, worked and cleaned up after himself and he did what he said he would do. I think the best thing about him was I had shutters and I was contemplating getting new ones and he basically talked me out it. He said what I had was good. I didn't have any reason to replace anything that was still viable. He also told me that he would basically come back and put them up at no charge.

Excellent job. Very reliable.
