It couldn't have gone better! Tracy and his crew arrived early Thursday morning, and had the roof finished by Friday mid afternoon. He installed new roof vents, a roof fan and replaced some plywood. The area surrounding the house was immaculate when they left! They are professional, honest and do excellent work. I will not hesitate to contact Bracci Roofing if I need his services in the future!

Great experiance. Bracci was not the least expensive but they were not the highest quote either. We were very specific from style to color and details like ridge vents and drip edge as I was replacing rotted wood every 6 or 7 years. From start to finish it took 3 days and my property was left in immaculate condition. I may not be alive in 20 years but if I am and I need a roof they will be my only call. The transition between the original roof and a roof over an addition was not properly re-roofed by a word-by-mouth cheap roofer. Therefore due to having seasonal traffic on the roof to clean or repair caused a leak at the transistion.  Tracy recognized the problem immediately and recommended repair to the transition as well as removing the vents that were unnecessary. He showed me the water still standing in the groove of the transition. After repair; showed me how he filled and strengthened the gap, Removed the vents, installed four foot by four foot ply sheet at each vent location, laid new underlayment, overlapped the transition area with a substantial rubber seal sheet and installed new matching asphalt shingles. I am confident, at this point, repair will solve the issue. I await another downpour like  Hurricane Joaquin dumped on us. 

We had a water stain appear on the ceiling of our FROG.  Went outside to match the location on the roof above where stain appeared.  It matched up with the exit point of one of our plumbing vent stacks.  Called Bracci Roofing and left a message.  Tracey, the owner, called back within 2 hours and I explained the problem and asked if he could look at it.  He came over about 1 hour later, climbed up on the roof and inspected the vent cover.  He said the squirrels are notorious for chewing up parts of the vent covers.  While he was up there he spotted an additional vent stack on the other end of the roof.  He walked over to look at it and said it was in bad shape and asked if I wanted to replace it also, which I agreed to.  I told him I had 3 bundles of new shingles in the garage, left over by the contractor who re-roofed our house 10 years and he smiled.  All in all in less than 1 hour he replaced both vent covers with new rubber covers he carried on his truck.  Very fair price for having to walk around on a fairly steep pitch and yes the water leak was stopped.

I have used Bracci Roofing several times in the past and have always had professional, quality work performed at a reasonable price.  I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

TRACY CALLED ON THE WAY TO OUR HOUSE.  ONCE HE GOT THERE HE SPOTTED THE PROBLEM AND CAULKED THE AREA.  ONCE DONE, I ASKED WHAT HE WANTED AND IT WAS NOTHING.  WE HAD TRACY PUT A NEW ROOF ON OUR HOUSE ABOUT SEVEN YEARS AGO AND THE JOB WAS DONE PERFECT.  I WILL NEVER FORGET HOW PROFESSIONAL HE AND HIS ASSOCIATES WERE AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A NEW ROOF.

Bracci was very professional and did the work at a reasonable price. I have recommended them to several friends who have also been pleased.
They are not the fastest roofers, as they rely on experience over youth.
