Because my car has a lot of modifications, I was concerned that the replacement was going to be a real hassle. On the contrary, I found everything to be smooth and efficient.
I was greeted warmly by Kathy in the front office( she's a sweet Southern lady) . She took my information (this was my first visit) and turned my Nissan over to Butch. He seems to have a good handle on all things automotive. Being new to the Bluffton area , I was concerned about finding a good independent service garage. My mind is at ease now.
Since that first time, I have returned with another car with some bolts that were stuck. He made short work of my problem and sent me on my way.....no charge this time. That's always a welcome surprise.
Bottom line.......highly recommended.

By the way, a water pump was one of the items the dealer said had to be replaced at a cost of $ 455 + tax. While I didn't need the water pump replaced, Butch quoted me a price significantly less than the dealer's quote.Their location was unfamiliar to me but I got excellent directions when I called. I guess their out of the way location saves on overhead so the prices can be more reasonable.The waiting area and garage was kept exceptionally clean.I certainly value an honest and professional repair person.
