It went well as it usually does. Dina is a great groomer. She is very personable and my dog loves her.

I was very impressed with the store. Very clean and absolutely no smells. We were greeted, information taken quickly and a fuss made over Murphy. He is a 5 month old golden/ spaniel. Asked us exactly what we wanted done. Told us that Murphy would be finished and ready to go home in approximately 1 1/2 hours and they would call us. Upon returning Murphy was looking and quot;realand quot; good. They explained how he reacted to each thing they did. Explained that he was timid but settled down quickly. We left with a happy dog. We will definitely use Ruff Cuts. Everyone was so nice and animals being worked on we're very quiet and relaxed.

I have been going to Ruff Cuts for two years, but the groomer who did my cat has left, and the new groomer did not do as thorough a job. I found some matted fur on my cat when I got home.

After being terrified at the last place I took Miss Lucy (it was closer to home), I thought I would never get her through the front door of a vet or groomer again.
The owners are good animal loving people who pampered Lucy so she wouldn't be so afraid.
I have taken both of my dogs there in the past to be groomed and am happy with the prices and the treatment.
