On 5/20, Carey Oliver called to confirm we would be home before arriving to look at our granite. right before 1PM Our granite is so rough that you can hear the dishcloth drag on the countertop; in addition, my spouse sees high spots on the granite. Mr Carey couldn't hear the drag or see the high spots, or so he said. Mr Carey, in his wording, called us both liars when we said that we saw granite being hand polished at a slab yard in Pennsauken NJ. He said "no one in the US does hand polishing" even after we said we spent 5 to 10 minutes watching the technicians do just that. Mr Carey also said that he didn't understand why we didn't understand his explanation for the roughness & high spots; after all, he said 99% of the people he gives this explanation to understand. In other words, we're stupid; we think not. We think Mr. Carey is trying to avoid replacing our countertop; I understand that this particular granite is the one which our builder receives the most costumer complaints. If we were in business selling granite, we're pretty sure we would drop this particular granite since it generates the most complaints.

In 2011 I ordered additional kitchen cabinets and it took over a year for them to arrive.  In the meantime I went with the owner to pick a granite counter top, I chose the one I wanted, we agreed on it and the price and I never heard from him again.  I called him numerous times leaving messages each time with no call back  When the cabinets arrived they didn't match and owners refused to give me a refund so I installed them in the garage. 

The total cost for the cabinets and to have them installed in the garage by another company was a $1,000.Owner's wife expected me to buy a counter top "sight-unseen"  for an additional $100.  After 7 months of waiting and being told "it wasn't ready", I gave up.  They never bothered to call me.. I bought a counter top from Home Depot for $42.  I would NEVER recommend this company. Buyer beware.
