Well, initially they were extremely responsive. They came out to diagnose the problem with no issues or delays. They believed they figured out what was going on with the system and recommended replacement of the AC condenser unit and the air handler. However, I was never given any paperwork concerning the diagnosis and estimate for repairs. I was told directly that the needed paperwork would be dropped off several days later. That day came and went. I never received the paperwork. I've tried calling and emailing the company. Now, for whatever reason, they just decided that my HVAC needs are not worth their time. I haven't received a single reply from this company going on two weeks now. I will not use this company again. I highly suggest finding another company to use.

I highly recommend the people. They were very reasonable, very neat and very clean. He was about $1500 cheaper than the other people that came. He doesn't do any advertising. He came out to my house on a Sunday to discuss what I needed. He values his customers. I've no complaints so far.

He is excellent. When you call him he comes he is right out here and I would recommend him to anybody. It is a family business and his son works with him. I don't really know him personally except being come out here and they did a good job for us. I really compared with lot others but I guess his price is no worse than the others. He is not over priced. I would use them again in the future.

Both times they did a great job. They were in and out. They came back to check everything. It felt like family. Their price was much more reasonable than any one else around us. They were the best. We've used them for over 10 years now! We've recommended them to a lot of our friends!
