LANG'S HEATING & AIR

Have had Lang's for twelve years and am so pleased with their service, technicians and customer service.   They conduct screening and flushing of my air conditioning unit, inside and out.  Always prompt to set appointments and very professional.
Appreciate the peace of mind they provide.   The cost of the maintenance contract is well worth the reasonable cost.

They flooded my apartment. I didn't pay for that but I had to live in a hotel for probably over a month. I didn't have to pay for it thankfully. They put the wrong sized one in. I wouldn't use them again. Their employees were very honest. I believe that their employees knew what was going on and we're being told what to do. I tried to use them in our house once I left the apartment but it didn't work out.

I strongly felt like they were just interested in selling me something that I couldn't afford. I actually went through the process of trying to get financing for new equipment and that didn't work out. I don't feel like they were looking out for my best interest and they had servicing issues. They wanted to charge me for services that I didn't receive. I tried to work that out with them and we did come to some agreement and I explained my heating and air unit were no longer working. I wanted to terminate the contract which they did for me. They were supposed to charge me an additional two months, they never did that, I don't know why. They informed me when they sent one of their employees out that the prior service person was terminated due to lack of his work quality. When they had a sale person come to my home because I needed a new unit, he just basically was a complete salesman and tried to sell me double digits of thousands of dollars of equipment which I couldn't afford. I'm glad that it didn't work out but I didn't feel like they cared about my situation, the size of my home, my budget, what I could and couldn't afford was not taken into consideration or that I wasn't taken seriously. It was just kind of an unfortunate parting. There was no hard feelings, I just terminated my agreement.
