Horrible. They broke contract the first week. Ask for more money weekly. They put down cheap Laminate flooring when LVP was agreed upon. They did not use proper underlayment, but tar paper instead, which immediately voided the warranty. They were stopped and asked about this wrong flooring, then MHI had a melt down saying this is was you asked for, before storming off the job, Randal called the home owners nosy for getting in his business while he's not there and threating to sue us. Paid MHI total of $11,000 they did under $2000 worth of work. Partially hung 2 windows and 5 doors. All work still unfinished with no new materials on the jobsite.
