It’s beautiful; but they put the wrong edging on it. I paid for an upgraded edging and they installed regular, which they gave me a credit for. We had to purchase two slabs of granite and there was a lot left over. They used the extra to cut tables, then charged us for delivery fees, which I wasn’t pleased about. He did do very good work though, just wasn’t exactly what we contracted for.

The initial interactions with Eugene Granite went very smoothly. They were quick to reply to emails and came out to provide a quote as promised. We agreed on a price and scheduled the installation. The installers came out on time, however they were not friendly at all. Neither one of them would talk to me and brushed me away every time I asked a question or provided input on the installation. I had to physically help them lift the countertop as it was too heavy for them. I requested they use the composite shims that I provided as the project was outdoors. When I came home I discovered they had used non pressure treated wood shims for the installation but it was too late to remove them. After they finished the installation, one of the workers actually went into my refrigerator and took a beer (obviously without my knowledge or pem

Overall, they did a good job on the installation. Price was good and install occured on time. We would use them again in the future. Only issue, which was relatively minor, was that it was difficult to communicate with the installer due to language barrier

JULIA was great and communicated well. Eugene and Igor don't speak English very well but they did a masterful job. About 2K cheaper than Lowe's. Great job, service and price

Eugene came out and measured, and was able to give us an estimate immediately.  We selected a granite slab, and the countertops were installed the next week.   Price was reasonable, installation was professional, and they showed up when they said they would.    Both Eugene and Igor (the installer) were extremely knowledgable about their business, and made good recommendations on things we weren't sure about - amount of overhang, and required support for the breakfast counter.   Everything they recommended was spot on, and there were no hidden or additional costs.
Some things to be aware of when installing a new countertop:   You do have to re-connect your sink, dishwasher and disposal, but we were able to do that ourselves.  If you can't,  be sure to budget the cost of a plumber to do this for you.   Eugene also recommended adding corbels to support the breakfast counter since we wanted to make it a bit wider.  Again, we were able to install these ourselves, but you may want to ask if it is needed.   Finally, we opted for a glass and stone tile backsplash rather than a granite backsplash.   This would also be an additional cost to be aware of, depending on what kind of look you want.
If you are looking for a meticulous granite or marble installation, I would highly recommend this contractor.  While they are a small company, they delivered everything they said they would.    The outcome was gorgeous!

Eugene and his crew were great.  The granite looks amazing.  The seams are lined up great and couldn't be more happy.  Thanks!

I contacted Eugene and asked him for a quote.   We set up a time for him to come to my house, take measurements and give me a very accurate quote.  When my wife and I were ready to go ahead with the granite counter-tops, we contacted Eugene again to meet him at his office and select granite stone that he had on site.   Upon selecting the stone and giving him a deposit (50%), we were told it would be about 4-5 days until they could install.  I received a call the day before they installed, and they showed up around 9:30am the next day.   Install took a few hours, but when they were complete the granite counter-tops looked perfect.  The crew that installed were very professional and very skilled at what they were doing.
One thing to know is that if you go with Eugene, you will need to have your own plumber to reconnect the faucets and sinks.   Expect about $150 per sink.   So my total for the 3 counter-tops, sinks, new faucets (I bought these separate) and plumbing was approximately $4500.   Granite (installed) was $3600.

I had Eugene's Marble and Granite come out and do a quote.  They came out a few weeks ago.  They quoted us $1495 plus the cost of the granite.  Everything was good.  We decided not to do it.  The owner came out and he was really prompt.  Definitely friendly.  The prices were a lot lower than some of the other people we talked to.

I found Eugene's on the internet and asked for an estimate. Eugene came to our home and impressed me with his knowledge. He suggested that we visit his shop in Ravenel to view the marble slabs that he had in stock. He was able to quote a very attractive price for in stock marble (30% lower than other sources). We found a slab that we liked very much. The installation was done very promptly on time. The workmanship was excellent. The granite is beautiful. We are vary satisfied with the installation.
