Randy from Randy's Services is very prompt, very professional, and we can call him at any time and he's willing to come out before he heads out to the areas away from us. He's here whenever we need him. His prices are very reasonable. We've worked with Randy's Services for at least 10 years. We don't know any other refrigeration or heating/cooling person.

I called Randy because he was local and also had a wonderful recommendation on Angie's list. When I called him he said he could come right out. He was here in less than an hour. He went straight to work and found the problem, a blown fuse, quickly and got the heat pump working. I will definitely be giving him more business.

Our old unit was installed by our construction contractor and never was satisfactory. The original installer wouldn't come out because of the distance, and we found Randy by his reputation in the community. He gladly worked on our old unit, but it wore out parts, especially major parts, quickly. Other repair people confirmed Randy's diagnosis. We bought our new unit from him because of his competence, same-day service, and general dependability. When we need him he is there!
