+ -1 morePalmer found the source of the leak and repaired it in a throughly professional manner at the estimated price. They really knew what they were doing and communicated well, as opposed to a couple of other companies contacted, including our property management firm.
Description of Work: There was a leak in the wall between our villa in Seabrook and the neighboring unit. This required tearing out and replacing siding, sheathing, some roof shingles, replacing flashing and painting.

+ -1 moreDisappointing-I have a leak in my stucco chimney and have not been able to get a contractor to return a call or show up for a scheduled appointment.
Description of Work: No services were performed because they did not return the call. This is not the kind of response I would expect from a company on Angie's list.
