I’m very grateful I Came a crossed Don and his company. He was very helpful, explain things I didn’t understand, and if it wasn’t for him recommending a water test done for the well on the house we about to purchase we would have not known about the contaminated water. What an awesome and thorough home inspection! I contracted for the standard inspection but it was so well done and complete I can not even imagine how much more would be done with the premium level package he offers. I really appreciated how my husband and I were informed of what would take place before Mr. Dill came, and then we even received a phone call re-explaining what was done with early heads up comments of any potential negative findings. The full report and color pictures were emailed to us just two days later. You can not go wrong using this service.
