Don exceeded our expectations before, during and after the inspection. He was professional and also very friendly during the entire process. The home that he inspected for us was a big job and took many hours. At no time did he complain and made us feel that he would do whatever it took to get the job done thoroughly. A not so dream home We had thought we found the perfect house. It was marked as fully remodeled. New Roof, new floors, fully finished basement. It looked wonderful. After Dons through inspection of the home we found out that there were critical issues with the home. That the home disclosure was entirely inaccurate and that none of the work in the house was done by a professional. His PDF reports are wonderfully done and show exactly what he is referring to when there are issues within the home. Thank you so much for saving us from a 250K lemon and we look forward to working with you again. On a personal level Don and Theresa were absolutely wonderful to work with. Theresa is so upbeat and positive and Don will gladly answer any questions you have. I cannot thank you enough for how wonderful you two are.

I had selected Don based on the excellent reviews and the very detailed inspection that was advertised. I am not disappointed! it was a pleasure to work with Teresa and Don..very good communication prior to hiring to explain his inspection approach, very thorough and detailed inspection ( 5 hours) of the house I plan to purchase (2700 sqft). As there was some questions marks on the crawlspace raised by another expert Don did not hesitate to come back during the week end to do additional testing , what helped negotiated the repair with the seller. Final report was very detailed with no surprises as I attended the inspection and was well informed of every finding on inspection day. Globally a very good experience and I recommend this company and their services with no reserve! Thank you Don and Teresa.

Don and Theresa were friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to work with them both. They were on time and called 30 minutes before arriving to check in. They spent 4 hours inspecting my 1100 sq ft home and the final report was incredibly detailed. There were no surprises in the report as Don notified me of any problems he found during the inspection. I had the honor to watch through inspection of a house from roof to attic to all utilites all outlets appliances wiring I can not say enough to the job that was performed for my benefit. There was nothing untouched or checked. They spent 5 hours crawling climbing and checking EVERYTHING on the inspection of the house. My advise anyone wanting to have an inspection should not bather with anyone else, but that is my opinion, dont waste time with anyone else.

Mr. Don Dills was a professional in every way. He was constantly looking out for the customer and was incredibly attentive to details. Mr. Dills saved me a lot of money, and I must say that he surpassed my expectations in every way. Frankly, I had no idea how valuable the home-inspection process was until I watched Mr. Dills and his partner, Theresa, work their magic. Together, they generated about 50 pages of data with photographs that left no questions about the nature of defects and the necessity of their repair. Do yourself a big favor and pay the extra amount to obtain an amazing home inspection and thoughtfully prepared report, which you will likely need at your fingertips during negotiations with the Seller.

Very thorough and professional. Spent 6 hours going through every single area of our home. Addressed every issue we mentioned and showed us things we never would have thought of.
