It was refreshing dealing with Chuck right from the start. He promptly returned my initial call and came the next day to give me an estimate. His price was very fair for the work done, which I expected since my neighbors who had already used him, referred him to me. He was super conscientious in general, and took care with towels, etc. not to get any water inside. He really did a great job and the condo looked so nice when he was done! Since Chuck also does interior painting, I discussed some additional work I needed done inside. He quoted me a price to paint the doors and door frames. He knew exactly the paint to use for the finish I was looking for. He did a great job on that as well. He took extra care to fill holes and cracks, made no mess, and left everything clean and neat. The doors and frames really pop with the beautiful enamal finish he recommended. He made sure I was happy with the work done, and said if I noticed anything later, he would be happy to return. I still have not seen a spot he missed. I will use Chuck again and highly recommend him. It's nice dealing with a smart, dependable, and pleasant painter.
