My call to Action Garage was returned promptly and Lawrence, the owner was courteous and professional.
They arrived the following morning, on time and proceeded to make the necessary repairs right away.
Both gentlemen were very friendly and very knowledgeable and knew what the problems were right away.
SO happy with this company. Definitely will use their services again when and if needed.

The work was performed to my satisfaction.  The problem was associated with the billing. I was charged ($110) a fixed price for the labor to install a complete garage door opener even though the motor assembly was the only item replaced on a existing installation that the same company had performed several years earlier. This part of the invoice was to my satisfaction. I requested that he replace the multi-section chain rail with a single length chain rail and I would pay for the parts. The labor to install a garage door opener would normally include a multi-section chain rail. Since I requested the single piece rail, less labor was involved. Then at the bottom of the invoice he added another $250 in labor. He mixed labor and parts in the top of the invoice then added labor again in the bottom. I could not make him understand that he charged twice for labor. I paid him but will never use his services again. The same job had I used Lowe's contractor would have been less that $150 and I paid $360 in labor. He and a helper each worked 2.5 hours at a cost of $360, that is $72 per hour for each of them. I bet the helper got paid a lot less than $20 per hour. I feel cheated.
