They worked really hard on what they did do. They over promised and under delivered on few things. The workers worked very hard. There were some things they said that they would do but then didn?t do. They said that they would do packing and unpacking. In the future, I would only hire them to move because we wanted to hire and check what they could deliver. Their quote turned out quite different on the moving day. They said that they would pack our dressers. They said that they would finish some things at the end of the project but they didn?t. They didn?t return the phone calls. I would actually hire them in the future for loading and unloading jobs but not for anything else. I called them again in the last month since I moved again but they never returned the phone calls when I asked them for a new quote. I finally found a different mover who was actually great. However, the price charged by Extreme Services was fair and that?s why I chose them. It was affordable. I probably wouldn?t use their services in the future and I would only use them if I was desperate or if I couldn?t find someone else.

Overall, it went very smooth. They showed up when they said they would be at my house, and they performed the work as discussed. They were able to install an exhaust fan in my bathroom, and they prepped my kitchen and bathroom for painting. The prep work in the kitchen was pretty extensive (I had just completed new cabinets and countertops, and the walls were pretty torn up from the removal of the materials). They were very professional and did not consider the job finished until I was satisfied. I would recommend them to friends and family!

Remarkably smooth and painless. Which is saying a lot when you move. Steven was very responsive, put together a considered quote and emailed it so I had it in writing. Showed up on moving day with two hard-working young men and the three of them never took a break. Whole house was moved in about five hours, door to door. No damage, no scratches, even though they had to move from a house to a second-floor apartment. Took apart all of the bed frames and dining room table and put them all back together upon arrival. Workers never complained once. Solid crew, darn good work. Price paid was price quoted. I hope we don't need to move again, but if we do, I will call them in a heartbeat.

These guys were wonderful and careful. No damage because they wrapped furniture in moving blankets. They arrived on time, worked for a set price, and were very pleasant. I would definitely use them again, in fact I did call them the next day to do some extra work.
