Dennis returned my call promptly and showed up when he said he would. He was knowledgeable, polite and did not try to up-sell. He assessed the problem quickly and fixed it. We have an older unit and when we asked about the need to replace certain things, he was very honest and told us we did not need to replace anything at the present time. Could not be happier to have found an honest, professional and reasonable heat/AC repairman. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I have an older AC system but the folks at Tapp Mechanical had the supplies to fix my system. They were easy to work with and arranged a late in the day appointment that fit my schedule. Very happy with the work.

everything happened the Tapp mechanical said it would. Dennis came out himself to design, & install unit. he pulled the permit for the job. And had that job inspected.
