Vincent Billy runs the Pure Life Chem-Dry franchise based in Powdersville. When I lived in TN, I used Chem-Dry and I believe their cleaning solution is one of the absolute best! I found Mr. Billy's information online after I reached out to a closer CD franchise. The closer CD franchisee had no customer service skills and seemed lethargic about the work. In contrast, when I called Mr. Billy, he returned my call promptly and I scheduled an appointment. Mr. Billy and his team arrived on time and went right to work. Mr. Billy and his team exercised careful detail to do a thorough job. These good people assisted me by moving furniture and even my file cabinet for no additional charge. The Chem-Dry method leaves your carpet clean, deodorized and it doesn't take very long to dry. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Billy's Dry-Chem team. His business extends far beyond Powdersville. I really appreciated the great price and the old fashioned courtesy.

Outstanding, details were outstanding...professional, friendly, even with some humor. I wish they did other things house wise...would not had let them leave. Thank you!
