The order was incorrect AND late. The salesman refused to allow us to allow us to return the incorrect order, or give us credit. He said he had a customer who was looking for the color of rock we had, and he would refer them to us, so they could buy the rock from us. That never happened. We re-ordered the rock, and the second order was also late as well as delivered to another construction site. After complaining, the salesman finally had the rock delivered to our address.
