 + -1 moreOur home was custom and expensive. Mr.Bell was never onsight, left his non english speaking subs to frame our house with no supervision. Subs were not professional and very sloppy. Trash everywhere, spilt drinks on hardwoods, mud on new tile and grout, gutters installed incorrectly, deck unlevel and railing unsafe. Refused to correct major issues. Instructed subs to not respond ir satisfy any warranties regarding services and equipment ( HVAC, GUTTERS, PAINT) ETC... It was worse than working with jeckel and hyde. Not what you need if you want a professional builder that stands behind his work and demands the best from his subcontractors.
Description of Work: Built our home. Not professional. Unable to manage subcontractors. Unlicensed subcontractors. Horrible experience! Home expensive and subpar! Already having major issues! Unable to manage employees.
