I've had nothing but good service from Tone Nichols over five years since the system was originally installed.
We had a squirrel problem, which she got fixed.
And we have a leak caused by a careless workman on the roof.

Tone was very helpful when choosing a system, and quickly responded to any emails. Her company is based Pickens, SC, and my home is in Charleston, SC. This did not present any problems. Installation was prompt and efficient, with no surprises. The installation has allowed me to disconnect my hot water system from the grid completely, saving me about $600 per year. I have excess capacity, so a larger family (there's only 3 of us) with greater hot water needs would save even more.
