He's working on the house of one of our friends. He's excellent. He's a perfectionist, he does excellent work at a fair price. I didn't worry for a minute that he would cheat me because he built our house originally. I had to wait a year and a half for him to finish building a 2 million dollar house but he was worth the wait. He's there every morning at 8.
