I contacted the company, and they came out in two days. The septic tank was so deep they were unable to locate it with a probe, so I engaged Roto Rooter to bring the camera and locater. Once the location was confirmed, the septic service went to work, completing the job in a timely manner.

We have hired people in the past for this service, that created more problems than they solved. This did not happen with Dennis. He was very professional and seemed to have a great deal of pride in his work. The project was completed in just four hours and he did not leave a huge mess for us to deal with either. We should have hired him to begin with.
