Designer was very talented, proposal was high but we liked design so much we went with it. We were so confident that we paid that day to get the job going. That was January 4th for a install in March. Install started in June and finished in August. Quality is poor - mismatched seams, chintsy hems, hems either too long or too short, side seams coming out, no drapery weights, cheap rods that bend under weight, trim put on wrong place that had to be taken off and put in correct place leaving holes in silk fabric, no pressing - I steamed them myself, cat hair on drapes, roman shades too narrow and sideways,.......slow to respond, threatened not to respond at all...
