Auto Body Work
Mr. Tom is the most honest auto body repair man I have ever encountered. From getting a quote to getting the job done, he's the way to go. Friendly, down to earth, just a good guy. I've gotten quotes from him before and had work done by him when I was in college, and I've never had any complaints. He gets the work done by the time he says it will be done, and he goes out of his way to fix things the way they need to be fixed. My most recent interaction with him was after a wreck that was not my fault. The other insurance company's appraiser purposely underestimated and under-appraised the amount of work that needed to be done. He took care of calling the appraiser and the insurance company and explaining to them the extra work that needed to be done to fix my car correctly. He's absolutely a joy to work with, and I will be sad if he ever retires!
