Pest Control
We have a termite policy and they check every year. When they first started, the price was $119 a year but I think it's up to $149 a year now. We had termites and we wanted to get rid of them. It certainly would be worth of the money to keep the policy running. We had a house inspection before we bought the house and were told that they were no termites but we did have termites the next spring. We never got anything back from what we paid. The expense of having a house was totally done for termites and we kept it on. Since we've had the treatment done, we have had all good experiences with them. We never see them and they don't have to come inside. I think their price is probably the regular price.
