Although he was a little late (15 min), he did a quality job and was neat. He has been in business for many years and truly knows what he is doing. He charges $70 an hour, which is a pretty standard plumbing rate. As with any person being paid with an hourly rate, it is good to check and watch some to make sure the job is getting done in a fair amount of time.
