This man is very competent and professional. He was polite and left the area clean after service. He was also prompt in his response to our call. He is a true treasure in an area where it's nearly impossible to find repair service.

A major appliance dealer near us would not even respond after a week of repeat calls. They kept telling us the repairman will call. Never happened.

John's Appliance Repair is Fabulous. They have repaired and fixed my dishwasher, refrigerator and washer machine. His prices are very fair and he responds immediately, usually like within an hour. He always comes when he says he will, he always cleans up after himself and never leaves a mess.
