Service was professional -- work performed was very satisfactory, and people who did the work were careful not to track in dirt or leave a mess. Helped us with financing, rebates and tax credits. Returned promptly to address an issue. Price competitive with other quote obtained. Very highly recommend. Was so grateful for their good work in the recent (January 2017) cold snap; what a relief to be warm without worrying that our systems would give out on us.

The service was great! I was very impressed with the owner, he was very professional. He sent out one of his service guys, and he wasn't able to find the problem. The servicemen got a hold of the owner who took a hands on approach and solved the problem with the technician.
