"As the owner and operator of Hasmor Enterprises I take great pride in my honesty and quality of work. I have always, and I mean always treated my customers the way I have wanted to be treated . The over 100 very positive reviews on this site are a testimony to that fact. The only price quote Mrs. Altman ever received from us was the one she chose to go with, which was, as she correctly stated was $300 in writing. We appreciate the honesty in admitting the repair was done well. As for any timeline issue, It was explained to Mrs. Altman that although we promise to fulfill our obligations for any given day, giving and exact hour is not possible because repairs and cleanings are not an exact science; unexpected things can and do happen at any given house. In spite of that she pressed me for a timeline of between 5 and 6 p.m. , which I made at 5p.m. even though we had unexpected delays from our previous customer that day. Finally, Mrs. Altman never verbally expressed any disappointment or concern about my discreetly setting the soil(yes ,I mean soil, she informed me the gutters hadn't been cleaned since the house had been built in 2008, and any debris had long since composted into soil) into her existing beds even though she followed me around the house for the entire job. In spite of difficulties, I showed up on the day I promised, did the job I promised well, for the price I promised. It is disappointing that Mrs. Altman chose not to discuss any of these issues with me personally while I was there or since. I worked hard for her and treated her with respect , something I wish she had done for me."
