We usually get a check up in the spring and fall. He will check our unit out and replace the filter. He said i didn't need it this time but i told to did it anyway. He's on time and he's prompt. He's been doing service here for years and the unit we have is 15 years old and running wonderfully! And when we have the unit replaced, we will, of course, go through Chuck.
