Bailey's Well Drilling

The crew arrived with a track loader and proceeded to "grade" property. I recieved a call from bailey several hours later saying they were finished and could i come and pay them, in cash. I arrived to my property to find one foot deep ruts throughout, not near finished and more destruction than anything else. Remember, i hired this bunch to grade and also drill a well. When i said the job was not even close to being done, they demanded payment, got a little nasty and said they were through. Feeling a bit threatened, I handed over $1500 in cash, called the police and was told by the cops when they arrived that it was a personal problem and to sue them in civil court.
