I could not have asked for better service!! Everyone at B & B communicates with each other and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question, Chris or Jerry answered it promptly. Everything was coordinated from the initial dig of the pool to when I had the landscaping completed. They worked with my irrigation/landscaping person so that everything happened on time. I can honestly say that they made this huge project an easy process. I use the company also for pool maintenance--you still get high quality service after the sale. Highly recommend!!

Very pleased!!! I researched several pool companies in the area and spoke with numerous acquaintances who shared there complete satisfaction with B and B Pools. Installation went as promised with close communication by Jerry, the owner, and his team. Attention to every detail. They went as far as removing their shoes as to not dirty our deck in later parts of construction. I was given white glove treatment. Pool, Deck and Spa are perfect. Highly recommend!!!

They re-did the liners, steps, and added a new salt system. They did an excellent job. Their whole staff from the installers, owner, to reception were great. Everyone there was very professional and courteous.  They stayed in contact with me by answering questions and always being available.
