Extremely well. We give this company 5 stars. We recently had a full system replacement including a new HVAC unit, new ductwork, and new insulation and moisture barrier. We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work done by P & W HVAC Services. Mr. Steven Berry was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly and discussed with us in detail the pros and cons of different HVAC system options and how to get the best use out of our new unit. He was very easy to reach when we had questions. He gave us a good price, and he and his crew even did several extra things we needed done that weren't even on the work order, and they did it all at no extra cost to us. We highly recommend this business.

I can’t praise this company enough. Not only did they go above and beyond and came out on a holiday but they did what my home warranty service wouldn’t do. I will be canceling my home warranty service and signing up for them to service all my heating and air needs. God Bless then for saving the day.

Steven was prompt, courteous, and professional. He quickly assessed the problem with my 87 yr. old Aunt's HVAC system and showed me exactly what was causing her AC not to work. He fully explained everything to my Aunt and made sure she understood what he would need to fix and took his time while respectfully answering her questions. She was very pleased with his service and so was I. It's difficult to find someone who cares about doing the job right anymore and not just someone trying to sell you more than what you need. Steven fixed her AC within minutes and had her house cooling down from 83 degrees quickly ! I would highly recommend Steven at P & W HVAC Services --- he is the kind of person you want to show up when you have HVAC problems --- he explains in detail everything that is not working and makes sure you understand what he needs to do to fix it. Great customer service, prompt and professional from the first moment of contact until the time he was driving away after resolving the problems. A++ in my book !!

I am going to be very honest; it was a very scary thing for me to have to purchase a new unit. However, Steve made my transition so easy. I would recommend P & W HVAC Service to anyone needing this type of assistance. He explained the whole process. He made sure I understood everything that was going on. Since it was something I had to, I am glad I chose to use Steve & his team of people. Awesome job!! ????

He responded promptly to my quote request online by calling within a minute of submitting my request. This was at 10:30am and he arrived at noon, while giving me updates of his arrival time. He checked the system and took pictures to show me. The part that was emitting smells was the blower and he said that I should just wait for it to die before replacing it. I appreciate that he was honest and wasn’t trying to just make more money. We will use him when it does go out.

Steven replaced my thermostat quickly and never tried to sell me any "extras" or try to push a pricy unit on me. He was very professional and everyone checked my freon and unit to give me peace of mind.

My Heating did not come on and I called P&W HVAC Services. They came within 2hours and found the problem. Got the part. Came back and fixed it. They even gave us a temporary heater while they worked on our Heater. I also have a 1 year warranty on the part. Professional and Courteous. Got the Job done the same day!

Perfect Service

Call about 8:15 and I couldn't believe it when Steve said he would be onsite between 8:50 and 9:00 pm that same night He was here on time and had my house cooling by 9:45 Such a nice and respectful young man Had worked on our unit before with just the same service as this time and that's why I will call them the next time

I called Steven when I awaken to 78 degrees temperature house, but the thermostat was set to 68 degrees. Steven came out that afternoon and not only did he refill my freon, he also serviced the unit, repaired broken parts, and diagnosed the issues with my unit’s installation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Steve is amazing! We called at 8pm, he said he'd be here at 9:30 & arrived at 9! You can never be too early when there is no AC. He and the other gentleman working with him diagnosed our problem, replaced the bad part and had our AC working in 20 minutes! His prices are extremely reasonable for an after hours repair call. Steve is honest, professional and has integrity; a rarity today. He has a new permanent customer!

He was super fast in responding. Worked fast in the repairs all while answering any questions I had. He walked me through everything thoroughly as he worked.

They came out and gave a quote. They listened and made suggestions. We were able to schedule the repair quickly after accepting the quote. While doing the job, they found that they had to removed 40 ft of duct work to remove the old air handler. This did not reflect a change in the price quoted as they felt this should have been seen when the estimate was done. I am very happy with their work and would hire P & W HVAC Services again.

Steve and his guys responded quickly when I needed my air conditioner replaced. They handled everything in a professional manner and even stayed late (in the rain might I add) to ensure I had a proper working system installed and ready to go.
