one and a half days to replace all the duct work in the house, and they even vacuumed after.

I have never written a review before. I'm writing this one because Brian's Heating and Cooling did such a great job with installation and service that I can recommend them to anybody. They installed the geothermal system with a ground loop including the complete HVAC system in the new house. The installation was turnkey, it was on time, professional and clean. Brian took the time to answer all my questions (and I had plenty) both before and after installation. Every time I asked them to do something, they did what they said they would do, on time, reasonable price and clean. We are very pleased with the Geothermal system which, also included the water heating capabilities.

A week ago, my HVAC unit wouldn't cool the house anymore. So, I called someone at AAA to put in freon and paid them. Two days later, I had to call them again because the temperature went up to 80 degrees indoors again. The guy was very nice and he refilled the freon free of charge but told me that the 15 years old unit has a leak and it would cost around 1300-2000 to replace the coil. He left me a brochure with HVAC units that his company dealt with and it was Goodman. I liked their customer service but after I read the reviews on Goodman products, I decided that I had to part ways with them.
Before I'd get a new unit, I wanted to be sure that I had the right diagnosis of my old HVAC unit. So, I called in another company for a detailed diagnosis and they told me the same thing ad left me their brochure. This one dealt with Trane and wanted 7858 for a 1.5t 15 seer unit; It was easy to eliminate them.
I continued to do my research and called four more companies for a free estimate. Brian's was the last on that list.
When I called Brian's Heating & Cooling, it was Friday late afternoon, 104 degrees outside and 88 degrees indoors. As a pregnant woman in third trimester, it was unbearable. They sent someone within 1 hr to give me a free estimate, his name was Paul Brown. By the time I met with him, I had already read up on HVAC units, brands, reviews, and talked to four different companies, knew their prices and customer reviews; I had a very clear picture of what I needed and what I wanted. He did a thorough inspection of the old HVAC unit, went under the house to check the duct work and came back with an estimate. He gave me the details and he told me that although someone had suggested that the duct work needed to be replaced altogether, it wasn't necessary. He told me about his trip to the American Standard plant and how much he believes in the product. He gave me a very good price on the 17 seer/ 2 stage unit and explained to me the difference between 1 stage-, 2 stage-, and variable stage units. Next day, I made up my mind and on a Saturday morning, although he was off of work and at his 2 year old daughter's party, he took my call and sent someone out to take my deposit and refill the unit with freon free of charge, so that I would stay cool until the unit comes in. On Monday, he called me early and cleared the financing issues. Then later that evening, he came by to refill the freon again( big leak) and told me that they will bring in the unit by 9 am the following day ( which was today).
At exactly 9 am, they brought the unit and went straight to work. It was again 104 degrees out there and those two people worked all day under the house to put in the new unit. They didn't eat any lunch, nor did they take breaks. They worked in that heat without a complaint. Of course, I kept them hydrated with water, so none would pass out - that was the least that I could do.
Anyhow, after they left, Paul came by and went over the new fancy thermostat with me and explained to me the basics. He then went back outside and under the house and inspected everything. He called up his boss about two minor things that needed tweaking and made sure that they would come back out tomorrow to fix those issues.
Overall, I am happy that I used this company and if you do call them, I recommend Paul Brown as service tech.

Travis is a nice guy, but the trouble-shooting equipment he was using was old and outdated. In addition, we checked the estimate he gave us with our nephew who lives & does HVAC work out of state. Our nephew Kenny told us that his quote for repair contained both the repair charge built into the part pricing, as well as an additional repair charge, thus double billing us for the repair. We did not use Brian's for the repair. Brian's quote was well over $900, and we got the same repair for about $450 from another local company who did excellent work.

awesome. This is a great company. They were recommended to me and I have used them for almost 2 years. They are prompt, friendly, and have never tried to upsell me. My units are older and there is no pressure to replace them. The tech performed the maintenance to include going under the house. Every time they do this task, they spend approximately 2.5 hours making sure everything is taken care of. The 240.00 is for 2 maintenance visits-spring and fall.
They are wonderful!

I found them through word of mouth. Of the three providers that I went through Brian’s heating & Cooling were wonderful. They were on time, they were quick, they did everything they were supposed to do, and they were affordable. They were fabulous and worth it. Every other company told me that it was a $2000 job and this company did it for $600 or $700. They came in got the piece, fixed it, filled the air coolant, and fixed everything and never had to call them back. I did not have the problem back. I would have to call them if had to. If I have any more problems I will use them again.
