They were excellent. Two people came out to preform the service and it took about 3 hours. They were very personable and they told me everything they were doing in detail. I knew they were trustworthy. They left the area very clean. I think their ability to kind of describe everything that they did and portray their trustworthiness allows you to believe that they are only fixing what needs to be fixed and not doing anything unnecessary.

I was amazed at how much more thorough he was than the guys (other firms) in previous years, plus he took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what he found and what it meant. He even straightened out mushed-up, flattened little vent/grid things on the back, and no one has ever gone to that kind of trouble to make it run more efficiently, and it was all part of the package. REALLY GOOD WORK!
