Purchasing a home is probably the largest investment you will make and Island Inspections LLC wants to make certain you KNOW what you're buying. I will go through the house in a strategic and detailed manner. I provide a computer- generated report that is easy to read and understand. I utilize digital photographs to illustrate any areas of concern. Clients are welcomed and encouraged to accompany me on the day of the inspection. I adhere to the South Carolina Standards of Practice. Island Inspections LLC is licensed and insured. Saturday & Sunday by appointment only.
