Carpet one removed all existing carpet and installed engineered hardwood floors - 900 sq ft job - We got 3 estimates - carpet one sales rep / estimator was by far the most professional and knowledgable - estimate was not the lowest but was close to the 2nd lowest bid - installers were excellent - we are very satisfied with finished job

Removed old carpeting and padding and installed new. Service performed by subcontractor who only works for Carpet One. They did a beautiful job and I would definitely recommend them.

The company had installers under the supervision of their employee. He did a great job but the outsource people did a terrible job. Grout lines were messy and just not a great job for the money

The morning after the old cabinets were removed, two workers were on the job by 8:30. They removed the old covering (two layers), cleaned the surface and laid the new coverning. They hauled off all the rubbish and left in the early afternoon, leaving a very clean job site. My wife and I are extremely pleased with both our experiences with Carpet One and do not hesitate in recommending them.
