I arrived from out of state with a "Check engine" light on. He read it and told me it was a minor issue. It might be difficult to get a repair part quickly. There would be no problem getting back to PA and having it fixed at the home dealer. There is a reason all his bays were full, and the mechanics were busy.

You will not find a more genuine place than Carlo?s Complete Auto Care.
They were honest, friendly and took my questions and concerns seriously. He and his team went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and myself as a customer. That's saying a lot coming from someone who doesn?t normally leave reviews. I thought people should hear from a now lifetime customer.

The worker at Carlos took my car in the shop, located the leak and plugged the tire very quickly. Then they tested the plug to be sure that it was holding air. This repair allowed me to drive my car until I was able to get the correct replacement tire for my car! And they were very well priced for the work!

Our fiberglass bumper had torn loose. The owner personally fixed the bumper and charged me a very fair price. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have been a customer for Carlo's ( and Buck & Carlo's) for many years now. Last year he repaired my 2006 Ford Escape when it was in an accident with body and engine repairs. He has always done our oil changes. He has done the brakes on my 2002 Honda Civic (2013) and Brakes on 2007 Toyota Corrola (2013).
he worked with me and the insurance company....which worked out quite well. The insurance company paid for everything and we got back an older vehicle which, admittedly, now looked newer !
I cannot express how fast, nice his service is, and his rates are comparable to other shops. Perhaps the most important is that he pretty much has his eyes on every repair done in the shop. Carlo's sure know's car's and the problems they may have. Lucky to have an honest and dependable auto repair guy in Pawleys Island. Much more reasonable in price than taking it to a dealer.

My experience with Carlo's Complete Car Care Center, Inc. went good. I've brought my vehicle there several times before. I've been using them since I moved to this area, about six years ago. They're competent. The take the time to understand what problem you're having and to figure it out.

Plastic bumper had popped loose while we were at Pawleys for vacation. i
was in a vulnerable position and the shop could easily have tried to
sell me on a much more expensive repair. instead the owner personally
handled a quick repair that dealt with the visual problems and returned the vehicle to a roadworthy condition. He explained
